I am considering switching to remote work for few years but unsure as to any experienced devs doing any remote work. 

I see bunch of influencers making content about early/zero experience folks but don’t see much on experienced people side. 

Any consultation free/paid appreciated.

Hi I am a 25 year old from a tier 1 college and a tier 2 city, currently living in Bangalore. 

I’m frustrated here. The work I am doing at my company is something I have doing. I need a remote job ASAP. It’s depressing staying here. Also, I’m getting married this year and I need some mental peace and stability before that. 

Please suggest some ways I can get a remote job. Indian working hours and full time non contract roles preferred.

I know the market is a bit dull these days for senior engineers. 
Still some folks are getting jobs successfully. So reaching out to the Community here  to know what worked for everyone ? 

For example
- Reaching out to Recruiters on LinkedIn 
- Reaching out to Hiring Managers
