How you guys are taking care of your Mental Health?
Lately i have been struggling to cope up with my work and family . It’s been very difficult at my work lately. Also my personal life is a roller coaster mentally! I feel difficult to cope up. People at my work are sarcastic about my performance even though i am fulfilling all my basic tasks. I sleep very late thinking about all these things especially my personal struggles! How are you guys coping up?
Desires and expectations hata do life se…
It takes very less to be happy….
Itna kamao ki apni jaruratein puri ho jaye bas….aur job ko bhi utna hi time do bas
Rest time should go in pursuing hobbies and friends/family time….
Paisa jitna bhi kama lo, hamesha kam hi lagega…
Isliye time nikalo apni hobbies/friends and family ke liye
Buddha once replied to a follower who said "I want happiness. How do I get it?", with "Remove the 'I' which is ego, and 'want' which is desire, and all you're left with happiness..."
Moral of the story: To be truly happy, leave every thing and join the sages.

OMG 👀how it flashed on back of my mind. Us dude us, I have been there and this perennial torture I had to go through. Ah, the joy of battling through the trenches of office politics and enduring the relentless onslaught of colleagues who could give Machiavelli a run for his money!
It's like being thrust into a gladiator arena where survival depends on dodging daggers disguised as camaraderie. Been there, fought that. It's a mental warzone, no doubt. Trying to explain yourself amidst the chaos of groupism and targeted attacks is like shouting into a hurricane. But fear not, you're not alone on this battlefield. Stand tall, hold your ground, and let your resilience be the shield that deflects their arrows. Victory is yours for the taking!

Sorry to break the bubble, but too much thinking actually puts u in more trouble.
1. Pick up a team sport - spend time with people there
2. Meditate - start with 5 mins, add 1% every day
3. Talk to your parents every day
4. Help someone out. Mast kick milti hai.
Do this for 2-3 weeks and reshare what happened.
Don't miss a single day.. come what may.
This is actually so true and helpful. The important thing is get out of your head.

I play video games only around Xmas. Just watch something fun. Make sure to laugh out loud as a kid does. The way to recognise it is laugh from belly or tears come out.
Finding a therapist takes time. You should reach out to people you trust to refer you to therapists that deal in such problems. It takes time to find the one that works for you, so I suggest start looking today.
Mental health issues will show up in physical form soon enough, so before this escalates you should talk to someone.

Grug lift heavy rock to make the voices in the head go away. Grug is not as sad anymore.
What's the issue at your workplace? Seems like a very toxic environment.
Whenever I feel stressed out at work, I always try to talk about it with someone, be it friends or family.
You should look for a better role imho if work is draining you out mentally.

Sorry about what you are going through. Been there and now it's better for me. I changed my career as that was affecting my mental health and that was reflecting on whatever I did. Be ruthlessly confident about what you do and make every single thing that you feel makes you happy. Go for a trip (solo/loved ones) if that makes you feel refreshed and try to sleep early as you have mentioned you sleep late thinking about all the issues. Bits and pieces of workouts per week, some sunlight, treating yourself for your tiny to massive achievements and finally your spiritual peace. If you are happy with the work that you do, you will eventually channel that with your loved ones.
P. S. Give it to God and take rest. You are doing great and you will come out stronger!
I left my job coz of burnout 2 years ago and I still haven't recovered from it. My advise is almost same as most people suggested above -
- prioritise selfcare. you and your personal life is more important than your work life.
- Socialize, Spend time with nature, Go on vacation with family and friends, Practice Meditation, Do yoga, Rest, Sleep, and Recharge.
- If the work culture is toxic, just leave it. Try to find the job that you really love and enjoy.
- Don't think about work once you logged out. If you feel like burning out, take breaks - small or big at regular intervals.
- Talk about it with your colleague, friend or therapist. Anyone who listens to you.
Please take care my friend, you are not alone.
Been there bro.
The only thing which helped me is getting stoned. But I wouldn't recommend that.
People usually seek external validation a lot. That's the root cause.
If you need an ear, let me know, we can talk.
You better follow vikas divyakirti videos on youtube they are amazing just watch them
Pivot your focus from money to people. Be a person who wants to earn/nurture relationship rather than someone who wants to earn money
Try this, rest everything will fall into place, for me it did
