How’s coinswitch?

That was the situation probably everywhere mate. Entry level requirements were quite low at most orgs. Doesn’t tell me much.

I’m one of those 7 people, that place is chaos. Manager and everyone was sure about PPO and then suddenly HR reached out to me saying we wanted you to be a part of CoinSwitch but financially we can’t do that atm. Epic BS also there is so much of mismanagement there and no one really knows what they are doing, SDE 3’s work on HLD that was never approved by architect, older SDE’s leaving the company along with PM’s basically no one has clue what they are doing
