Worked in slice for data team.
They changed their whole business from credit card to UPI and lending. So if you are going to UPI team its a great thing.
Work culture is highly dependent on your manager and higher ups
Some management people are great, some are at that position because they belong to same college as the CEO.
Work life balance can be bad if you just want to work because you will get extra work. And if you are in manager “good book”, enjoy your time
