How's work culture, leadership, increments at PayU?
So, as title suggests, need feedback on how is the work culture, leadership, and increments at PayU I might be getting an offer soon and need some feedback I have 2 YOE work ex, role is SDE1 in software engineer As per glassdoor, for people with my profile, salaries submitted are in range from 18-22 LPA, however when I quoted around that range HR was saying that is too much, we don't give this much salary to people with your profile my current ctc is 12.5(fixed), and I was asking for 20-25
