I Want to work as a Trainee Data analyst under some experienced folk for their personal project/ startup or any idea.

I'd like to work as a trainee data analyst under an experienced senior data analyst . Cause the projects I did during my academics or the tutorials is quite different from the interview pov. Job search is becoming hectic and hustle day by day . I want to expand my skill. But I'd be expecting a stipend to meet my ends . And I also hail from Lead Operation/Business analyst with 3years exp as well which could be of use. I don't just want to spend my time idle during this job hunt. This would help me upskill even better . I feel dumb at this point of time losing focus on everything after giving every interview.
