I'm currently an APM (1 yoe). Even though the pay, wlb is much above industry standards I feel an itch to work and build in an IC role before eventually turning to PMing. So here are my options: 1. Data Engineering 2. Data Science 3. Software development SDE to PM would be pretty standard with a wide range of options available but wanted to get opinions on what niche PM roles do DE and DS open?

I am a frontend dev with 4 yrs of experience. In my current company I have been mostly working with wordpress and hubspot. My current salary is 4lpa and I believe its too low. But at the same time, I feel I don't have enough technical skills to earn more than this (html, css, basic js, jquery, elementor on wordpress... no php).

What should my strategy be if I want to 4x my current salary (let's say go from 7LPA to approx 30LPA) in the next 4-5 years? Is this a realistic expectation to have moving forward? With regards to my work ex; I started off my career with sales, worked for 7 months, left the job, upskilled myself a little bit and landed a product manager role. So in total I have about a year of experience (7 months in sales and rest out it as a pm). Also I have a engineerring background and have also completed my MBA, both of them from tier 2 colleges.

Given India's population, the utility and value of employees reaching 40+ is decreasing given a smarter and more agile younger workforce, what can this aging population do to sustain for another 20 years or may be more as avg. Life span is increasing. In what areas can they Upskilling themselves?

All over LinkedIn when I see people thanking their mentors, I wonder where they get them. I mean I hardly had any interactions with any of my college seniors. And don't get me started on my office colleagues. ( They always seem to be in a bad mood). Coming to the point. I think having honest mentors can really help you fast track your developer career. Let's try to help each other out. I am a backend developer of 2 years. I can help you get 20 LPA. I want someone who can help me earn 30 LPA. PS - This is my first post.

I am in sales for last 6 years and I come from a banking background ,I have an experience in B2B SAAS for 1.8 years now . I want to grow in my career, understand the industry . I am doing good but I have an urge to grow fast as all my friends have a good package and they are growing very fast,I feel left out and feel very bad of not having good package. Can I look for some analytics course ? Or any one would like to recommend me something which can upgrade my skills.
I have 15 plus years experience in different process in backend Testing, pensions and voice calls, also hv done diploma in HR through correspondence however couldn't upskill myself due to various responsibility at home and sickness in my family each year so hospital and house care was needed so wanted advice whether data analytics could be the right course for upskilling or higher LPA due to my diverse process jump or which will be a proper course to join - is Coursera good or upgrad for post graduation or coding ninjas - I am confused pls help, pls advice
Hey all, I’m a Product Manager with 11.5 years experience. Wanted to know what is the best upskilling course/diploma/something else that can help in moving up to leadership roles. My firm sponsors around 2L each year for upskilling. Can you please share insights on what’s the best option? Thanks.
