I would recommend again a little more experience and then switch , till then clear your python concepts along with ML DL NLP and if possible work on small projects for each topic

Hi Everyone,
I have 5 ys experience working in Database support with having knowledge in SQL, Scripting and python.

I want to switch my role to a Data Engineering job as my current role is not having enough job opportunities outside.

I am planning to learn tools on Data Engineering.
Like the Data Frameworks: Airflow,SSIS,Azure Factory 
And Dataworks like Snowflake,Databricks,Postgres

I need some guidance on which tool to start learning and if I plan to learn these tools for the next 6 months. Is it possible to crack the interviews....this is my 1st switch to a new company. 

Can anyone pls suggest which framework, Dataworks tool i need to start and has high possibility for getting switch to new company.

If possible can you pls share the learning path 🙏🙏🙏. Thanks in advance.

It's almost been one year since I starting working as a data analyst (first job overall) at a saas startup. It's been good so far, learnt a lot about business as well as data, but feeling kinda saturated now. I find growth/ product roles to be more attractive (direct impact on the growth of the org). But I'm an unsure where to start, and what are the skill sets that I need to have. Being in data I'm well versed with SQL, data pipelines and some business functions as well. If anyone has any thoughts, feel free to share!

I'm currently a Data Analyst with 6 months of experience. I would like to get into AI/ML and Robotics field.

Planning to transition from my current role next year. I'm not sure whether I should become a Software engineer (preferably Backend) or ML Engineer or some Data Science role.

I'm currently in Bangalore. Open to relocating to any state (or even country).

In the longterm, I want to do something that has both software and hardware in it.

Please explain your advice if you can afford some time.

I am a data engineer with 2 years experience in python, SQL, AWS, spark stack. I am looking for a switch and my priority is to get into startup as I get to learn a lot, atleast that's what I believe.
I am not sure though how to get there. I am applying on naukri and LinkedIn, and I am unable to find startups to apply to. I can only see midsize businesses or big corporations. I don't know anyone who works for a startup, and don't know how to network with those folks specifically. It will be great if you people can provide guidance for networking and searching job in startup

Career switch to Data Analytics

I am a fresher working as a Data analyst in a growing startup. My current role doesn't include much of coding just python and SQL and sometimes little bit ML work. Currently handling 2 projects, and some of PM work to define some roadmaps.
I like engineering and coding in whole and want to know more. So do I switch to some SDE role or is there are more paths after Data analytics? I know ML, DL and NLP but not sure will it be a great choice to make career primarily in Data science.
So, I am little confused. Please give all good advices.

Hey Guys, I have worked as a backend software engineer for 5 years, tech stack includes, spring boot,Java, SQL, docker, Apache Kafka, rest APIs.

However I have had bad luck twice now, after I switched from my first company, I got stuck in a super complex project where the business logic was just beyond anyone to implement, I had quit from there and after that I got in a service based company where I got stuck in a legacy java app where the environment was very toxic, shitty managers sucking up to client and putting all pressure on us.

I don't think software is for me or I'm getting stuck in the wrong places not sure, but I'm thinking of switching to data engineering as I believe it is repetitive work and might be less stressful compared to software engineering.

For anyone working in data engineering, how should I start learning it as a beginner and what courses should I do, which tech stack to focus on, basically I wanted to know how to start getting into this field.

Is it less stressful compared to software? I don't care about repetitive work, I just want to have peace of mind now. Let me know your thoughts and any good culture companies that hire for data engineers.
