I am not able to tackle 3 months of notice period.
Because of 3 month notice period lot of calls stopped.
Hearing a lot of this. Some companies even deny buy outs. Most of the companies that are hiring are looking for folks who are available immediately

Start applying from the second month of notice. Use the first month to chill and upskill.
Check if your company provides buyout option, you can buyout 45 days of your 90 days notice period.
post that your notice period kind of becomes standard, 45 days is fine with most of the startups /tech companies
