I destroyed my career for nothing - Need advice

Rejected BPO offer from TCS and TechM back in 2017. Sitting for six years at home. Prepared for CAT, XAT , IIFT, SNAP, TISS, XGMT, SRCC, NMAT, CMAT. Didn't secure a good percentile. Stopped preparing for MBA entrances and started preparing for govt exams. Still not able to clear any. B.com grad with accounting hon. No int in CA/CS. Zero experience at anything. Currently depressed to a point that I have no energy doing anything. Need help.

I want to switch to I.T/ Tech; however I am not sure if I'll be able to learn and grasp everything now. Also, I do not know which path/ domain to pursue. Cloud computing, AWS, AZure, Devops, Data Science, Business Analyst, Data analyst, Salesforce, Front end, Back end, Testing etc. it's damn confusing and scary. I have zero coding knowledge, although I completed my grads in I.T, wish I had tried harder back then. Today I am living a lost life doing a call center type customer support job earning a meagre salary compared to my peers. I really want to get some certification/course done and switch to I.T/ Tech role. Please suggest something which doesn't involve a lot of coding. At present, I am out of job, I'm ready to dedicate next 6 months- 1 year to full-time learning. Please help and guide me which path to take. Thanks for your time. 🙏🏼

I am a 2024 graduate. I got a job of 8.55 lpa . I am from a tier 3 college. I regret not doing Competitive coding or open source. I was just doing leetcode questions and leetcode contest. I thought I could easily get 15 lpa job ( my bad ) . But now I want to switch from here within a year . What should I do ?

Hello People, I am from non-tech background but I need technical job. I did BSc in 2020 and thought to do goverment job preparation but due to some tragedy happend in my family I was unable to do anything for my career for more than 2 years and after that I got to know that I can learn skills and apply for IT jobs. I have done course on fullstack in 2023 but i did not got a single call or job offer for fresher. I am really fed up now and depressed. I have to look after me myself and do everything bcz of no leader in my family. Plesse suggest me what shall I do. Is it fine to apply jobs with fake experience? Will that help and will it be fine? I see jobs being there, but even the entry level jobs are requiring experience. I saw a associate level job posting on linkedin for a startup asking for 4-6 years experience. This is in line with the recent article at The KEN. Are people really ready to work for low salary for high skills? What does this mean for the freshers, job switchers/career switchers? Are we all doomed for now? What's your take on the market?

I am a final year b.tech cse student, I don't know much coding, but have an experience of 1 year internship at samsung, but stilk unplaced, I have lost all my confidence, I wasted too much time doing other things than coding, now if i have to start over again to get a job, is it possible for me to get it in 2-3 months.

I am a 2023 cse grad, I am a bit demoralised, I feel I did not achieve what I aimed for even after large amount of grind and great profile, I aimed for placements in mncs but still got ghosted, I have around 600 applications in different tech companies, Should I aim to leave IT after few years or be patient to let market bounce stronger?

Graduated from a Tier 1 MBA, got into a rando role very early on during placement (think Day0). Totally messed up job change during covid (pay reduction), and suffered more with family issues. I am probably earning a lot lesser than my average batchmate, and not at a good designation (or skills) either. Trying to get back on track with my career via consulting or Category role in startups. Need advice on how to get there. Getting rejected by most consulting cos (even big4) and startups on online portals while applying.

Hi, I am currently 22, graduated recently from a tier 2 institute and currently working at a US based startup earning 18lpa ( almost all base ) + rsu's, lately my family have been nagging me to do a postgrad, I am confused weather I should do an MBA, MS or not do a postgrad at all considering the years I will miss in workex. What should be my best course of action considering ROI in the next 10-15 years ?? P.S. Currently I am not sure what my interest lies in, but just try to excel at whatever comes my way.
