I think I am sabotaging my career for personal life?
I love my current role and the flexibility it offers for my family life. But seeing others advance is making me question my choices. Has anyone else intentionally slowed their career progression? Do you regret it or feel it was worth it?
When you say advance- what does that mean? Better salary? Better work? Better role or designation? Or better company?
Trust me if you're earning and have work life balance then f*ck world there's nothing more important than that
I rented a really nice apartment with my friends but my job is so f*ked up
I hardly enjoyed 3/4 days out of 7 months which is really really sad
