I want to make my own website
The website to be controlled by me or my colleagues but the problem is that, it is very hectic to make a new website as first i have to learn different programming languages then html css js and then work on them then study about databases collecting and its storage and then make it responsive and then think about how to make it visible to more and more people although i have a better idea for my website but this development phase is like horrible 🥲

Check out Hugo. It's a framework written using Go. Has templates you could use to create a portfolio or a blog website. Host it for free using Netlify.
Learn website builders, prolly Wordpress or Webflow, and then learn SEO/Blogging to increase organic traffic to website.
If you are ready to pay, there are enough websites that make websites according to your specifications, google and you shall find! At the same time, if it's something complex that requires backend logic as well, if you don't wanna write the code yourself, ask someone else or pay them to do it then
