IBM- Bad hiring practices

After all rounds cleared successfully during HR discussion for offer she told they can't offer more than my current. If that was the case why can't they inform initially before taking interview.

An HR from Infosys just contacted me on WhatsApp and asked about my details I told them I am comfortable talking on a call rather because I will explain better about my past job profile and other details and that shameless person showed attitude and blocked me.

Has anyone given IBMs machine coding round through hackerrank? It's been more than a week since my round is over and I have successfully submitted answers but yet no response from them. Anyone else facing this issue?? IBM folks can you please shed some light on this topic?

How is the Research and Development division of IBM India? I got an offer from them for frontend developer role.

In an interview I cleared all my round and submitted all govt proof along with current company payslip etc as they demanded this. After one discussion they are saying we have got all your info they will think. I mean which king of process is this? They wasted all my energy , 5 rounds .

Hi All, I have cleared the final round of interview with Accenture and I was told i will get a call from HR for further process but today I received a regret mail from Accenture stating they are unable to process my application due to not meeting the expected compensation. At the initial stage they asked me for the expected CTC I mentioned a 60% hike, but I am ready to negotiate. Without discussing they sent regret mail, how should I approach HR to negotiate or is my profile completely rejected?

I resigned recently and proposed date of 30days. I know that it's officially 90days. So i talked to my manager. He said he Will get back to me. I again send a reminder mail to check into this. Without replying to that mail, they rejected my proposed dqte and approved fo 90days What to do now? I am actually in active project from 2years and it extended for another 6months . They didn't even consider my extra leaves and buy out. What options do i have

I got offer from Capgemini, joining date is 31st May. My last working day in current organization is also 31st May, I requested for next day 3rd June to Capgemini. It's hired for the HSBC client. I have put down my paper and now Capgemini Is saying I have to join to 31st May itself or the offer will be revoked. I tried to convince Cognizant my lwd was 3rd June so It preponed to 31st May still Capgemini HR is not picking up the phone and has no answer. What Should I do?
