IIM Lucknow is reaching out to alumni to help them with placements.
Market is that bad that this isn’t about 4-5 people but 72 candidates at IIM-L do not have a job. Saw this on Twitter.
I guess we’ve reached the point where tier 3 MBAs aren’t even worth the paper they’re printed on
Certainly could be worse for them but they won’t need a min of 10/12 LPA to start with. The IIMs and other top tier B-school maintains a min salary offered criteria for a recruiter to come and hire from their institute.
Yea it's not like they can't place these students. It's more like they can't place them at the desired package

Actually all top B schools are struggling with increased batch sizes - 550+ and declining global economy and students are still stuck in the thoughts of getting salaries of 2021 levels.

The economy is doing bad , esp the new age ones . So brace yourself. People are expecting it to get even worse but it will get better after that .
Remember 2008 , we came out of that !! So be optimistic !!!
