Hi people, I am a front end developer. I have 3 years of experience.
I want to switch my role. I want to work for roles which do not require much coding related efforts. 
Now If I want to switch my job, i have to look for front end developers role only as I am experienced there. 
Please share your insights on how can I switch career path in IT industry.

Short version:-So guys I am working as an automation tester wanted to switch to Development?

Long version:- So i joined my current  company as fresher.Had basic knowledge of java then was trained on java spring boot Microservices devlopment. Then put on bench for about 5 month(i actually wasted that time).Now got a project I do automation using python and selenium.I don't like doing it . So now I want to switch to development. Confused should i learn Django, Node js or should stick with java spring only. I am more inclined towards django as now i write automation script in python. And i personally feel it to be better then java (maybe cause it is easier to write).But i don't know market trends. That's why guidance needed.Thanks in advance

Hi all I am working in Infosys from past 2.5 years I joined as fresher now I am thinking to switch for career growth I have worked in Network Operations mostly now I feel like I need to switch in development as I have gain interest in it . But I don’t have much hands on experience on development .. what should I do? Should I start searching for another company immediately or I should focus to gain more knowledge of development? I’m a 2022 grad, hit by onboarding delay for 8 months after graduation (during those time I grinded leetcode approx ~400 questions, learnt spring boot ) Recently I joined one of the WITCH companies which I was offered in 2021. I was trained in Java but now they put me into Mainframe project dealing with COBOL programming and DB2 and I’ve never felt this underconfident and worthless in life. I’m planning for MS in CS in 2024. Does this work experience help in anyway? Is a switch needed before I apply to masters? 
I would really appreciate if anyone could suggest me what to do.

It will be helpful to me whoever see this post and comments your respected opinions on my situation.

I am ome of the regular corporate employees of India who is earning 3.6LPA in reputed MNC working on Java support. As I need assistance on my career and don't know where to ask, posting here . So below are the options I wanted to do but I am confused where and what to start.
1) Should I upskill more on Java only 
2) Should I need to switch to any other domain like AWS, Azure, cybersecurity 
3) Should I need to do any other integrated course which will be available in platforms like Upgrad.

Why these options means, I need to earn a decent salary par with Industry. 
These are the random options in my mind and I am unable to choose one thing. Due to this I am stuck in my career and my friends are earning more than me.

Need a guidance from people. I have been stuck in this mess for quite long time.

Domain Change

As a fresher in an IT company working as a backend developer, I am really confused with how to proceed ahead for growth in my career. 
I have two options : 

1.Learn Frontend and be Full stack dev
2. Move to devops 

I need advice which would be more feasible and why. Keeping interests aside as of now since I would be new to both domains.
