I do not want to cloud your judgement with my experience, so please do not make any decision solely based on my comment. I had a terrible experience there. As soon as I joined, I heard the employees constantly crying about the work pressure, but I assumed they were not hard workers and that if I worked hard, I would be out of trouble. I was so wrong! The pressure is intense because they are always understaffed, and the management is not ready to make any changes in their behaviour despite all this.

Considering joining Velocity (HSR, Bangalore) in the capacity of a product manager but I have read a lot of negative reviews about the company on Glassdoor. I also checked their LI and saw that a lot of employees had left Velocity in less than a year. Glassdoor reviews authenticity and choosing a good company

Hey guys I wanted to ask how authentic are reviews which are posted on glassdoor about a company. Its getting very hard for me to choose a company I am getting some interview calls but when I look up the company on glassdoor, some reviews are quite shitty and are telling people to stay away from the company. I know that It depends on team to team, but then how do you decide to join the company, reviews are the only thing we have to judge. Moreover, even if the reviews are good, how do you know they are legit because there are many PR companies at work, posting fake reviews are nothing but childs play. How do you guys decide to join a company?

Please share honest reviews about Meesho. I have seen extremely mixed reviews on Grapevine and Glassdoor so not sure if I should join there or not. Role is in their product team Also, can anyone shed some light on how they have become profitable with 0 commission while other companies which charge commission as well as a platform fees are not
