Recently our Owner asked us to vacate after 3 years of staying here in Koramangala, a 4 BHk home. Mostly be renegotiating with him. 

Meanwhile in our search for possible other options, we have found that most of the residential properties are being inflated randomly by the owners recently, the reason being, we all know the influx into Bangalore & I have had a call with few properties

- 1.3 Lakhs quotes for unfurnished 4 BHK home in HSR Sector 1

- 1.5 Lakhs quoted for Unfornished 5 BHK in HSR sector 3 

Too much firing in place, AI advent, Funding slowdown in Startups

Things are going super greedy with owners here in Bangalore. 

Thoughts on how to overcome this situation ?

I’ve always had this question on why Indians are very stingy when it comes to paying money for premium products. I agree there are Indians especially in the young generation who aren’t shy from spending for quality products but the masses are still stuck in the bargaining or cheap mindset. 

When we look for cars the first thing we probably check is kitna mileage dega ?

When we look at a premium product we compare it to a copy or a product that does not offer the same quality or service that a premium product offers. 

What are the reasons to it and when or how can we come out of it. This is one of the reasons we have got the “slave / miser ” label outside our county and why we’ve got weak passports which make it difficult to take a vacation like citizens of other countries .

I mean I understand the outrage but it’s a public company. Just organise and short the stock. All companies are aligned to incentives. Align the incentives 
for the company in a way that the business generated by the veg fleet is overwhelming affecting them negatively and the company will correct itself. If you can’t then shut the fuck up. 

It’s a company trying to grow its business. A companies only prerogative is delivering outcomes to its shareholders. 

Stop sitting in your AC rooms working in companies mostly either funded or founded by purely vegetarian folks and hope that your outrage on twitter justifies your contribution to social justice in this country. 

Save your mindless outrage for events of significant consequence. 

PS: I eat non veg and I don’t really care how a vegetarian prefers to eat his food that he is paying for from the money he made from his work.

Builder has been delaying plot in new chandigarh for more than 13 years and now offering some amount, a little more than what we can get from RERA or court, which is SBI marginal lending rate on principal amount.

But all near by properties prices have been increased manifold. Around 2 crore rupees, builder is offering 87 lakhs and from past judgement in court , we can recieve 70 lakhs.

Please guide what should be done in such cases, 
Shall we just go to court and get interest till date of posession waiting hopelessly as builder is upfront saying, he can't say when will prokect get completed as govt. Is not giving clearance.

How long can this scheme run?

Help me figure this out because up till now it seems like all my decisions were wrong.

New job, new city, fresher.
Found a single occupancy in a pre occupied 2BHK in my budget, and as per my preferences. Had to shift in the middle of the month. Since the room I am supposed to get is occupied by someone else(X), the landlord suggested that I adjust in the hall area for the half month and then I would shift to the room from October. 
I was okay with this, and under the impression that X is also okay with this arrangement. Mind that X is not present in the flat, X has been away since a month. The other two flatmates (Y, Z) in the other room are also okay with this. 
I have given deposit of 20k to the landlord. 
Now X comes back today, starts a fight with me straightaway, starts throwing my things. X says that the hall is common space and since X is paying rent I cannot be there, X only wants their friend to take that room, and a million other things. X is the most problematic person I've ever come across. Bhagwaan jane kaun isse shadi karega. Y, Z back me up. We speak to the landlord and he scolds X. 
Now although X has verbally agreed to moving out at the end of the month, what if X refuses to move out? Mera toh agreement bhi nahi bana hai.. 
I should prolly start looking for flats 😵
