Why owner will not return the money easily in Bangalore
I faced same problem in Bangalore while checking out owner refused to return the money, Why is that happens?
It happened to me in 2018 and I had to drag the landlord to the police station around midnight to get this sorted.... Actually he initiated the police complaint and was using the North Indian South Indian racism in his favour.
But the station incharge was impartial and helped me recover .....it was a nite to remember.

Thanks to the that Police Officer, Usually people who are relocating already messed with 10 things so thats why they taken for granted
Yes he was helpful... Take help of any local friend who speaks local language.... It helps

It happens, usually with local landlords. Having a rental agreement and asking upfront how much he will return. They don't return because they have spent the money.
