Can anyone share their honest opinion about the Infosys Bangalore branch? I have worked with Infosys Pune, and I have heard some very controversial things about Infosys Bangalore. Can anyone share their experience and reviews with me here?
Bangalore is a hub for a lot of IT companies and Infosys is a top name in that list. Infosys Bangalore has a very spacious workspace. Employees generally don’t have complaints regarding the infrastructure of the building. However, there are days when they might have a lot of work pressure, which has been the case in the corporate world. Infosys also offers top-level training programs and gives employees the opportunity to shine and secure good positions. The salary structure at Infosys is also well-defined. The workplace also believes in keeping employee’s body in shape and thus it has an in-house fitness centre. You can experience a lot of greenery around the workspace, which makes it an even fresher space to carry out your responsibilities. For your lunch breaks, you can visit the canteen and eat a decent meal.
Infosys Bangalore is similar to other branches. Work culture and management can vary by team. Salary hikes are modest, around 5-6%. Onsite opportunities are good. Experiences are subjective.
I have got two offers, One from MathCo (Data Analyst) Bang location, other is Accenture (ASE) Pune location. Salary wise almost same only mathco gives 20% you hike. Which to join?
