Infosys application status
I applied to Infosys around a month back. I got the call from HR, and I have also given first round of interview over video call. It has been around 15 days, but I have not heard back from HR. Should I assume that I was not shortlisted? Is there some way to know my application status? What is the average duration of the whole interview process in Infosys? I am really losing patience now. Should I keep waiting, or should I quit hope
I was excited and nervous at the same time after applying to Infosys and waiting for information. My first video interview went really well, so I was positive about the chance. I began to get nervous, but, after 15 days went by with no response from HR. I wondered whether I needed to enquire about my Infosys application status. I was able to collect some patience after learning that the procedure would take longer than expected. After all, hiring timelines can differ greatly, therefore I ultimately chose to hold on to my goals.
I was full of confidence in the future when I sent out my application to Infosys on a beautiful day. I was contacted quickly by HR, and I took part in a video interview that appeared to go well. After fifteen days, there was no response to my application. My Infosys application status started to concern me. I found out after doing some study that the hiring process often takes longer than expected. Even though waiting irritated me, I made the decision to have calm and hope as wonderful things take time.
Infosys may take time to inform you about your performance in the first round of interviews. You can also check Infosys application status on their website where you had applied earlier.
During the hiring process, Infosys assesses applicants' technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and suitability for a dynamic, creative work atmosphere. It evaluates both technical as well as soft abilities through online exams, technical interviews, and HR interviews.
The Infosys interview process is a multi-phase assessment assessing problem-solving aptitude, technical proficiency, and cultural fit. Technical roles focus on programming languages, while managerial roles ask about project management and teamwork. Infosys uses a series of interview rounds, including behavioural, technical, and HR rounds, to assess candidates. Core domain knowledge, programming prowess, and problem-solving aptitude are evaluated in the first round. Some rounds might concentrate on particular competencies for higher positions.
