Infosys recruitment sucks

I received an interview call frim Infosys and it got cancelled for 3 times. Later they told me that they will conduct for sure. From 3 weeks onwards, no update on my interview. Status of my application is "your interview will be scheduled based on business requirements. You will hear from us shortly ". Will my interview happen? Anyone faced this?

It took 3 months for Infosys to hire me. I could imagine in the process on how people are so lenient. The most suprising part: HR didn’t bother to send Congratulation email on clearing the interview rounds and there was no audit trail that whether I am giving any interviews or not. I hope many people would agree from Infosys.

Hello All, I got the call from person in infosys and she discussed with me regarding the job I applied for and asked about my ctc notice period and everything. She asked weather I will be available on 6th july for interview or not and asked the time slot as well. And one day before her call I got a survey form for interview availability and I fill that form. The person who called me said that I will get the invite mail for interview one day before the interview that is 5th july. But on 5th I did not recieve any mail from them. May I know what may the reason for this. Please provide me some details if you have any idea. Much appreciate Thanks

Saw some job post on LinkedIn of Amazon , Google and Meta. Anybody got any interview calls recently from them?? Are these real positions??

Why? Pay what you can or just say no

I attended an interview today with the Apple IS&T team for an opening. Both the panelists didn't bother to turn on the camera the whole time. Ok top of that the questions being asked were so trivial and mediocre. I have experience in S/4 HANA and have worked in various industries and processes , rather than asking on solution design and approach the interviewer were asking stuff like what checkbox you have to check in config for this setting. Even though I answered all questions correctly I was rejected in the 1st round itself. Checked the interviewer's profile she is a long timer from Infosys who has landed in Apple somehow. Either she hasn't worked in the area she was asking questions or maybe she rejected me so that someone of her preference will get selected. Bloody sham of a process. On a second thought I see a lot of ex Infy long timers in Apple, seems very fishy, is there some internal lobbying going on there.

Just say we need cheap labour. Btw guess how much I asked for.
