Interview panic
I usually panic before an interview and end up not attending it at all or postponing it. Even after preparing I feel under pressure and get performance anxiety. How can I tackle this? I’m always worried about what they’ll ask and if I don’t answer properly what will they think of me, I get such intrusive thoughts. And even after preparing I always feel like I have not prepared well enough.

Something that worked for me:
Think of the interviewer as a stupid person who has zero knowledge and will be easily convinced by whatever you tell him
Thinking of the interviewer as a really smart person will induce inferiority complex which is the reason of your fears and panic
Convince yourself that you are the smartest in the room and the things will automatically start falling in place
My friend has the same problem so he first gives interviews for companies he doesn't want to join or shit companies to gain confidence. Once he is sure he starts applying to good ones
Same tactic is used in getting a fallback offer in case of 90 day NP.
YOU MISS 100% OF THE SHOTS YOU DON'T TAKE .
Just face it . Don’t over think

Have you tried taking mock interviews?
Either you can ask your friends to take that or there are so-called "LinkedIn influencers" who have their top mate link in their profile where you can book a call for some bucks.
The later may be better if you find a good interviewer and as they're a stranger you'll have some seriousness.
But if your friends are kind enough to help you and give good suggestions you can go for it.
Similarly sometimes I don't even reply to calls thinking it is not the company I want to get selected into, because I always get calls from companies that are giving less than my prev pay. But I think if I clear those interviews it would help me with building confidence.
