Investment help

Hi all , I have some 10 lacs of savings which I don't want to keep idle in the bank for obvious reasons, I need suggestions on where I can invest for the next couple of years with Medium risk involved. TIA.

Got money as proceeds of a flat sale. Planning to buy a new property for self use using this money and adding some more money. I need not put in escrow/infrastructure funds as sale has not resulted in any capital gain.

I have lump sum of 3.6 lakhs in my savings account. Pls suggest where to invest it. I am thinking of 50% of lump sum invest in FD and 50% of lump sum in liquid funds.

I have been investing regularly in MF and Stocks for the past 1.5 years. Recently for the past couple of days the market has been very bad and i have lost a lot of money. Should i invest more or should i hold. Need some investment suggestions. I have a lot of cash to spare roughly 40-45L what is the best investment should i make. Need suggestions from folks here. Would be great help as i wish to have a corpus of atleast 1cr in the next 2-3 years. I already have invested roughly 20L and have a cash of around 8-10L in my accounts plus the cash already mentioned.

Have to park some 5 L money which has been lying on my Savings account 😂

Hello community, Need help in the decision-making of the money that I have in my bank. Currently, I have around 13lakhs in my bank account. I dont know what to do with that money. I dont feel safe in stocks and dont know any other options where to invest money. Help would be genuinely appreciated 🙏. Thank you Age - 24.

Current mf portfolio (total invested = 10L) : Axis small cap Quant absolute Hdfc equity savings Axis blue chip Sbi gold (just started) Top performers are axis small cap and quant; also running an sip on them Current stocks (1.3L ): Mostly largecap (mostly in red) The rest of the money is either in fds or in the Bank (significant amount) I feel the equity portion of my investments is very less and I need to be a bit more aggressive on it right now since I've about 60% of my net worth in either fd or in Bank. I can probably do a 5L lump sum then an sip on the same if they continue to perform well. Considering that please suggest some investment options A few options I had in mind: Us mutual funds Chinese funds Indian infrastructure funds Reits

I can't set aside 12% as EPF, but rather plan to go the standard deduction route. But I still have some money left, lets say. Where can I park it monthly basis which wiuld give me safe returns like EPF?

1. Real estate (invested value) 2. Liquid cash 3. Other Investments (invested value) The wealth should not be inherited. I'm 30. No house, 10L in cash and 5L in mutual funds. No inherited weath.

Every month my salary gets credited I barely spend 20% of it the rest of it is just sitting around in my bank account it's already above 5L. I keep thinking of investing it in stocks/mf but it's a lot of work 😔 What do you guys do with your salary, it would be great if you can share your investment strategy and how do you keep yourself motivated to stick to it
