Is 63 Moons a good company?

So i have been searching for a job ,2023 grad ,curr working as cloud operations engineer. 10 months into it , i knw people will ask why jump so soon ? So it’s definitely not about money , from the college I wanted learn and develop things but here i am not able to do because it’s a operation role . Looking a change and grow my skills in development field , grow my self and my skills and be a bit happy about myself that yes i am learning and doing something that contributes. Skills : C++, java , linux , a bit of backend development, ML & Data analyst Current salary : 8 lpa base I am looking for Some sde type role , compensation can be between 9-15 lpa So GV community please drop such companies name where i can expland and grow my skills.

Switching careers. Currently a fresher in IT. 24M. I am unable to choose a company to apply for due to its reviews in AmbitionBox, Glassdoor etc. Even if a company has 4+ out of a 5 in overall review, I am skeptical about it because of the few VERY negative reviews it has. Can somebody please help me with this confusion? How do I choose a company? I don't want to work for a very large company like something that has more than 5000 employees. I am ok with working at a seed startup that less than 10 employees too. But, I am seriously concerned about the team culture, salary and growth.

I have received an offer from B2B startup, fairly early stage bootstrapped and going for series A this year. Base 45 JB 2 Variable 12% And esops worth 30L over four years Role SDE 2 YOE 3.5 should i still try for faang or go with this for a year, i really liked the people and team here and they are fully commited to making this startup a success and even their last company got accquired.

Hey grapevine folks, I want to switch to a product based company with good payscale, but finding it hard to even get one interview call. Also, is it even fine to switch right now as per market conditions? I work at a good MNC with 10 billion dollar + revenue, but I joined here as a fresher so I get paid less. I am into front-end development, specialising in Angular with 2yoe. Any leads would help greatly.

Hello guys I recently joined nykaa and within first week they have assigned lot of issues to me. Without giving Time to onboard. And it's 5 days office. Now I got another offer from one startup phyllo. And it's complete remote and giving better package than nykaa. Should I consider leaving nykaa and join that? Here in nykaa we have to take permission from manager to take wfh also.
