Is ADP is good company to join ?
Hi All, I am working in Microsoft as a software developer, i got 2 offer one from ADP and another is from samsung. which one is best to join. Both are offering me same package ..
What level are you at MS? Is Samsung able to give you good hike over your current compensation? I believe they dont give RSUs
same question. I think OP must be in MSIT one where they have designations like Consultants etc, and where pay is on the lower side. Even ADP doesn’t pay stocks.

My position in MS is L59. and ADP offer 28 lpa with no stocks...
Yes you are right they are not giving stocks...
In MS my salary is 18L - 9 is base .

How much is ADP offering you? How come ADP able to match Microsoft salary (unless you are in MSIT).
Talking of ADP, if you are getting good pay, you can join. I don’t know Samsung, so can’t give comparative analysis, but overall, on the work culture and job security part, it is good.
