Is an MBA worth it?
Hi, I have over 3.5 years of experience in IT and working at a service based company. I'm working in Oracle PaaS tech stack and not sure how much scope it has because not every organisation uses it. To switch technologies is difficult within an organization, unless you are lucky to have a project like that. I was thinking to consider MBA in business analytics because of the same. Will that be worth it or can someone suggest an organization which helps switch technologies?
For what? What is your objective? Don’t commit the same mistake of doing something everyone is doing (like btech)
At least have a SOP.
For career growth basically... I'm worried if the competency I'm working in has a good scope or not

Do an actual MBA if you're planning one. These business analytics MBA are just for the colleges to mint money. You're not learning something extraordinary doing it. A degree needs to have some value. Please don't waste 2 years and they money you'd have earned in the same time.
I want to go for something technical as I'm more interested in that. What else do you suggest in that case?

An MS if technical.
