nah! that's like the salary of a 2yrs experienced person these days, you need to do better, looks like a skill issue.

I feel so, this would be my first switch.

Also this fixed component is without PF, PF and other gratuity comp will be around 3-4 lacs more.

what should be the minimum for 6 yrs experienced, as I think there is no cap for maximum nowadays

Are you serious or joking?

This is great especially in Pune.

Congratulations for this.

I think this is too low considering 6 yrs of experience.

Folks in startups and some other top paying companies except FAANG also, are getting around 60-70 LPA as fixed component 🥲

From the best of my knowledge and understanding, most of the companies similar to which you are talking about are mostly giving either remote work or are located at Bangalore/Gurgaon/Hyderabad like cities.

I don't know your current salary and notice period, but you can probably resign on the basis of this and keep looking for better opportunities.

Because from what I have been hearing, the package you are mentioning are not being offered this year at least.

While I am not stopping you to aim for or try for the package you are mentioning, I want you to think that you shouldn't miss out on the current opportunity just because you keep aiming for higher and no company offers it as most of the companies are not giving that much great package this year.

I suggest you to think like let's say there are 10 steps where you want to reach.

Currently you are at step 3, the offer you have is at step 4, the offer you are aiming for is at step 5 or 6.

So while it might not be possible to directly reach step 5 or 6 from step 3, moving to step 4 will certainly get you closer to step 5 or 6 than remaining on step 3 trying to figure out how to directly reach step 5 or 6.

Wishing you the very best!

Super cool i must say. Still, if you need a referral to oracle: https://forms.gle/iCgsQfBfsVeLSxnW7

Thanks, just wanted to know if Oracle offers more than this for the same years of experience?

If you can negotiate with these offers, you will get more

Assuming that you genuinely want feedback, so let me tell you no one can answer if X amount is a good offer for you or not unless they know you. If you think you're amongst the top 20-30 people in AI with the same experience then yes the offer is not good enough otherwise it's a good offer. But from your past experience I doubt that you will be anywhere close to the top 20-30 people (sorry if this was harsh) so this is a really good offer.

Nah man that’s totally fine no harsh things, you are correct I’m not in the top atm

So yeah it’s good offer atm. Thanks and appreciate for taking the time to write for me ! It helped a lot. :)
