yes, the new rhythm policy mandates it, minimum 6 hours in office for 2 days each.

Is it very mandatory? Can't we attend 8 days continously in a month or we need to manage on weekly basis?? Pls let me know. ! Also, for all the projects inside, we need to report office??

Got offers from these two companies. TCS is offering 2 lacks more thank LTIM. At LTIMindtree I have to go to office 2-3 days/week but in TCS everyday.
