Congrats on the offers. Remember that the variable component is usually more at TCS, so it could be a possibility that even with 2 lac more at TCS, the in-hand salary could be same as that at LTI.
Also, TCS has fully WFO mode.
Make your decision on the below factors-
- Nature of job in both the companies - plays a really important role. If the work is boring, no amount of money would make you happy.
- Flexibility and working hours - LTI wins hands down, since it has WFH available.
- Work-life balance
- Compensation - A really important factor. Both could have similar take home salary after deductions.
- Other benefits.
Also once we leave TCS,we can never rejoin, so usually people try to keep it for later (usually retirement since job security is much better in it)
So if you are still young with less experience, I would suggest you go with LTI.
