Offer evaluation

Hi Everyone,

YOE : 9 Tech Stack: Salesforce Work location: Pune

I am a senior salesforce developer and have offer from below organization. Could you please help me understand about these organizations in terms of project/client, work life balance and benefits etc.

  1. TCS (Assistant Consultant) : 27LPA
  2. Accenture (Level 9) : 30 LPA (24 fixed + 27% variable pay)
  3. LTIMindtree(P4) : 33 LPA (29 fixed + remaining variable)

I really appreciate your help on above query. Thanks!

If you are good in SFDC stack and some team lead stuff, then go to TCS.

  • take home is high in TCS normally
  • after one year you will get first anniversary hike. If timing is good you will be eligible for yearly hike also (in April)
  • after above two you will reach 11 or 12 years, then you can be eligible to ASSOCIATE Consultant promotion. If you get it then that would be good hike as well.
  • yes you can't join back TCS but you never know how things will change to keep it till the end.

@MKumar Thanks for this valuable input. Any thoughts on LTIMindtree?

Earlier tcs used to give first year hikes, now they don't give hike after one year, take home varies here too much, they give very less in-hand salary and once you got stuck in a project on which you don't want to work, you will get stuck forever and once you leave tcs you will never be able to rejoin. so choose better. I was also in TCS only and left this year in July after all above things happened with me.

But I have heard once you leave TCS, you won't be able to rejoin so wanted to keep it for later.

That is true, you can join LTIMindtree without any doubt and keep other companies options for the future perspective

LTIMindtree undoubtedly. At 9 YoE even 33 LPA is short. 40 - 48 LPA asked couldve been better.

You sure about that? Op is a Salesforce dev. Genuinely curious no offense

Negotiate with LTIM to make all as fixed compensation. Variable compensation is like a hit or miss at LTIM.
