TCS - 19 LPA (fixed -17.8 LPA) LTI - 22 LPA ( 20 fixed) Can someone explain how the variable pay is credited in LTI mindtree.
Go for LTI. Whether the company fires you or not isn’t in your hands. Worry about what is in your hands and work towards it. Job security in TCS is a sham.
Join TCS in later part of career.
Should choose TCS. Safety is less in LTI
