Is it normal?

Just trying to understand what could be the reasons behind this?

I cleared all the interview rounds for a role at GE Healthcare but the HR is ghosting me since 2 weeks after we agreed upon the offer verbally. Every day I keep following up for updates but the response I get is that approval has to be provided by global team. Has anyone faced such issues at other companies or is this something that is common.

I got through the interview process for a few companies for the lead PM role and what I am seeing is that they are asking for previous offer letter/appraisal letter, pay slip for 3months, other documents. Is it normal for companies to ask for these documents before sharing offer letter...

Cleared all rounds and feedback was great, before releasing offer letter, HR sent an email asking for lot of documents - current company’s offer letter, increment letter, other offer letters that I hold, resignation acceptance letter citing last working date, etc. is this normal?

I interviewed for a US-based company, the process started during the last week of March. The process took a month to complete, and the final round took 2 weeks to get scheduled since the director of engineering was not available. After all rounds were complete, it took 2 weeks for the managing director to call me and tell me about the offer. This happened after I had to call the recruiter and ask him for updates. Since then the recruiter has taken some details in the past week and they made me sign a NDA. I called on Monday and they said they will release the offer by Wednesday as it's getting approved in the US. Now the recruiter is not picking up my calls. All this time is making me think that the recruiter is possibly considering other candidates and keeping me on hold just in case. Do you think the recruiter is ghosting me or not taking my candidature seriously? How should I proceed? Thanks!

Hi all, How common is it to clear all interviews and still not get an offer? The recruiter confirmed I've cleared all interviews & asked for salary expectations etc. As next steps I've to wait for the hiring team to decide based on pay among candidates. Ive never had someone ask me details like notice period, current compensation documents post clearing interviews & still be unsure of offer. Can hiring managers please throw some light on this?

I gave my 3rd round of interview on last Friday and it went very well. I was told it was the last round and I was looking forward for an offer. But recruiter is telling me from the past 3 days that she hasn't received any feedback still and she should receive it soon ( the guy who took my interview was from US team). Is she bluffing?

I have cleared all technical rounds, on 12th June I had HR round also. HR asked me to share all past company release letters and graduation marksheets. I have shared all the documents. HR also confirmed my package over the teams call and assured that he would send the offer letter. But after that 6 days have passed, I have neither received any communication, nor have I received any offer letter. Typically how much time will they take to release the offer letter?

In the last 3 months, I have appeared for PM interviews for three major startups. After collectively going through 12 interviews (3 of them in person) and 2 assignments - I have nothing to show for. The position just evaporates AFTER the whole process has been done. In one of the cases, HR also collected all the necessary documents like salary slips, appointment letter from current org and the likes and asked me put down my papers over a verbal commitment. Good thing I didn't do that. It's so ridiculous that these so called unicorns can't even do one little hiring correctly. And how it's even possible to initiate hiring if they don't even have the clarity on whether they want to hire or not? Idk if it's the consequence of a shitty job market or it's my luck. Just feeling extremely frustrated because there's nothing I can do about it. I clear all the interviews and do the assignments perfectly - what else I can do? HRs don't even have the guts to apprise me proactively. They'll just stall releasing of the offer letter for weeks and stop taking your calls. One fine day when they finally decide to spare some of their holy time - it's usually a one line response: Position went on a hold, will let you know. Bye. Indian job market is really the worst. Absolutely zero ethics and no value for anyone's time.

I had an interview with Capgemini for BA profile around 23rd February. It went amazing. Got selected for second round. They asked for details like UAN card and previous salary slips and offer letters to schedule a client interview. It sounded weird but I provided the details because I couldn't think of any way they can misuse the information. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard from them. Is this usual practice? Personally haven't come across such a situation before.
