Is it possible for a graduate with just internship experience to get a job abroad?
I'm talking about HR field specifically, Is it possible for a fresh graduate with internship experience to get a job abroad? If yes, how to apply and where to start from ?

Bit difficult, honestly. Unless you are brilliant and come to the table with unique skills which students of respective countries do not have, it will be really difficult.
I have two friends who got a job with and without any internship experience respectively.
US is hard. Europe is relatively easy.
