Switch from DevOps to Dev
I have about 3 years of experience in DevOps. I want to know how easy it is to switch to a dev role? My main concern being the culture of devops work and the pay gap. Devops roles don't pay as much. Any advices? TIA

ive been doing front end since 1996, self taught. if the latter, I can tell you how I did it. if the former, then i don't have any suggestions.
I want to learn. My focus is being best at what i do. Job is just a outcome of that.
