Is this a sign of impending layoffs?
Are quarterly reviews being set to more frequent, monthly reviews a sign of upcoming layoffs?
Might be a false positive. Like the manager might actually want to tighten the belt. But yeah if they start giving you bad rating, for the same work for which you might’ve got good feedback and ratings then it might be a sign.
