Byjus has become a company where managers are managing mangers who are managing managers without anyone to do not managed work at lower level .
300 people gone from tech on Monday 😒
This is true for all big companies just an endless stream of managers and no one to actually do the work.
Most of SDE1 and SDE2 are laid off , only managers are left to do the layoffs
Who is working then ? 🤔🤔

As for the numbers in Engineering, approx 30% of the Engineering team was laid off in October and now roughly 15% today. The percentage is much higher in non core products. Don't let them fool you with only 5% layoffs news.
