Top level PMs have left, internal direction is minimal. If you're optimising for money, then sure. Definitely not something other FinTechs appreciate as an employer

Any specific reasons? How’s work culture?
Can someone from jar help with this? I’ve accepted their offer & reading this makes me worried
Don’t join if possible.
Short term
- very toxic work environment
- poor leadership ( no involvement of founders in any function)
- only negative and vague feedback cycle
- no work life balance
Long term
- no real skill development other than politics and how to impress people above you. (that’s 90% of their current leadership )
- Zero or minimal yearly appraisal.
- very low chances to generate real wealth from ESOPs
