Depends on the person they get in. Some of them are definitely inspiring. The more recent ones have been a bit too dramatic.

Thoughts on ‘Real Dev Squad’

So I've been fed his podcasts a lot lately by the  YouTube algo. And while it's amazing one of India's best startup entrepreneurs is getting really good guests to come on his show, I just can't stand him. 

He interjects before the guests have a chance to finish their thought and at times it feels like the podcast is a platform to air his views rather than the guests. Especially his insistence on traumatic childhoods as a prerequisite for greatness and why  capitalism is best.

PS: Please don't come at me like his fans in the comments, legit want to know if this is just me or something others feel too.

Currently I'm just wondering why interviews feels so fake especially the behavioural ones, which I actually struggle with. 

I think it's just a game where candidates say what the interviewer wants to hear instead of trying to know the real character of the candidate. Compared to coffee chats, I think you can actually know about a person more than when you actually do interviews. Any thoughts here?

Once, I was an ardent follower of the famous YouTuber Dhruv Rathee’s words, videos but off late, I have been seeing too much of his anti BJP propaganda videos. Also, people are talking that he is funded by AAP. Though he is good with the facts, figures & logics but now I am confused after seeing a lot of videos on how he is just brainwashing the public on the basis of the research done by some anti national people, living across the globe.
