I have a few queries regarding PwC background verification. Although there is nothing wrong with my docs and data, everything is good.
So I received whatsapp message from third party ‘EPSPL’. This was regarding the current address verification. I uploaded the picture with house and aadhaar card too. Now for period start date and end date I was confused, so i had put start date as the date when I starting living in the city and end date as some future date as there was no option called ‘current’. Then I contacted my HR, she asked me put the date when I started living in the permanent house. I have resubmitted that and I gave exact date when we entered our house. To date again I gave a future one randomly. Now my concern is that I have submitted it twice, is that okay?
Also do anyone know if we were asked previously to submit the dates about permanent address - may be in Compliance & Nomination portal (i dont remember). How we can make sure that bg verification is done successfully before joining??

As per the HR discussion, while doing back ground verification documentation she told me to add my masters degree as full time whereas I had degree via external.Will they reject my offer while background verification due to this discrepancy?? I did so as per her instructions only !! What will happen next ??Please revert ??

Do companies disclose compensation details, internal pay-grades, internal designation/grade of their ex-employee to the background verification agencies employed my the ex-employees's new employer ?

Hey guys,

I wanted to know that if you are put on PIP, which basically means you are about to be fired and you resign from your position before PIP ends, does it show up during background verification that this guy was put on PIP in oyr company.

Also how strict is this background verification, does the third party verification also enquire about your performance in the previous company?

Hi Guys,

I am currently working at a startup and was previously working at an IT MNC for 3 months. I was put on the bench and laptops/assets were not even delivered for 2 months of requesting. When the assets arrived there was 3 weeks of compliance and regulatory training before which my position was eliminated as a result of business restructuring and downsizing. I got my startup offer (strategy type role)by then and I resigned from the IT firm with proper reliving letter and fnf settlement. I have now got an offer from a boutique consulting firm(after working in my startup for around 6 months) . I have however not mentioned this IT mnc in my resume at all since I did not gain any kind of work experience at this firm and it was not adding any value to my resume in terms of the types of roles I am looking for, I wanted to keep my other internships and startup tenure as they were more valuable. Is this going to cause an issue if I undergo a bgv process in my new firm? Should I submit my IT firm service certificate during bgv at new firm? .I have all the proper exit documents and there is no overlap of employment anywhere. Please advise. I am a 2022 pass out.
