KPMG background verification

I got a mail titled - Accenture Documents Requirement - Intimation about non-submission / Discrepancy. They have asked me to upload a PF statement. Few days back I got a call from their team and they asked me to send the FORM 16 for my previous organization. I sent the PF statement also. After 2 days they have sent this mail. No one is picking the call, HR, BGV team.

I have done my bachelor's and Mba from distance , university approved by UGC . I cleared my interview with Accenture but during background verification and offer discussion they asked if I have done 15 years of full time education to which I explained things. Now I am waiting for their call back. Whatever i have read says Accenture has a strict policy to not take people who have not completed 15 years of full time education.also in the job description they add this criteria specifically. But in the position to which i applied it was only minimum 15 years of education (no full time education was mentioned) Is there any exception, can someone guide. I have 5 years of experience bdw. Shall I wait or not. Kindly help

In my BGV process it was found that I was a junior DS in one of the previous orgs. In my resume I mentioned it as just DS, without the 'junior'. The HR has informed this has come up as a red flag from the BGV company. This is weird. Has this ever happened to anyone and will this lead to termination? If yes, do they also ask to pay back the salaries? I have already worked for 3 months here.

I had a final round of interview with KPMG on 30 May. Post that I received mail to send some docs and create a candidate profile. Till date 1 week has passed I haven't heard anything from them. How long do they generally take to release an offer?

What is background verification ? How it is done if a person worked for multiple companies how do they verify this?

Should I inform the HR about this ?

Hello Everyone , I am experienced professional with around 8+ years of experience in Cyber Security . I am currently working with TCS from past 3 years and have offer from KPMG KGS in Cyber security domain for Assistant Manager role. Is it worth to leave TCS and join KPMG or should I stay back with TCS only, for couple of years? KPMG is providing hike of around 31% only. Thanks

Can anybody help me with how TCS conducts background check after accepting their offer letter. I had a fight with one of my previous company senior management but I have my exit letter and all other relevant documents.
