I feel it's unreasonable to require MNCs to disclose the number of their employees who are Kannadigas and to prioritize Kannadigas for employment. Such policies seem to be attempting to introduce reservation concepts into sectors like IT, which have traditionally operated on merit-based principles. Implementing such policies may breed resentment against the state and its communities. These measures could also raise doubts among investors about the viability of investing in a state with such regulations. Growing up, Bangalore was renowned for its welcoming people, pleasant weather, and thriving IT sector. However, with increasing instances of hooliganism and policies like these, Bangalore risks losing its appeal, leaving only its pleasant weather. As for my own background, my father is Kannadiga and my mother is Tamilian. Should my company consider me a Kannadiga?

I have doing a lot research on these D2C brands , these brands are burning VC cash in ads and influncer marketing. And what just for topline !! When will the focus or plan to focus on bottomline !! Are these guys playing for valuation game or they really want to build profitable business out of it ?? Please correct me if i m wrong , also paying influncers butt load money wothout knowing the ROI , i think influncer marketing is a bubble which is yet to burst and the next phase is influencer led sales !!!

I am seeing a lot of hate on social media. Whenever there is a post related to Bangalore all the comments are about "aur karo kannada kannada". I have been in Bangalore for a few months now and most of the people I have talked to in Hindi have replied with some amount of Hindi. Haven't faced any discrimination. (Except in BMTC buses, the conductors are very rude, not sure if it's language related though). Wanted to see if everything I am seeing on social media is true?
