LG SOFT Interview experience at Bangalore campus recently Interviews
Hey all coders and other people who interview at LG SOFT, please see this post so that you can save yourself from a useless role! I started to interview for non-tech pmo roles and got calls from few companies, LG SOFT being one of them. i decided to attend the interview and went to their campus, where i found 3 red flags Interviewers are 2 hours late and did not care to talk on it and moreover, the recruiter was insisting on my coming early and called every few minutes before i reached there Interviewers told me that we have to extend as they hire people to support projects and work may go longer than expected few times a week Unplanned interviewers: as the hr told me, interviews are done in a day and the manager told i have to come another day as the person leading pmo is on leave and i was clueless issues, Refused to tell the budget for the role After that, i contacted the other people and found many red flags They did silent firing and hired contractors via third-party payroll and did not permanent them IDK about the tech team but the non-tech team is always fired per quarter and this keeps happening every quarter 9 hours on paper and 12 hours and one person had to handle multiple work issues adding up the plate Issues: On team, the morale is low on many teams, as i knew contacting them Just a small advice after my interview and it might be varying also they are not revealing budgets for the role and it is harder to see the big picture
