List of Organisations offering RSUs and good Comp

I am looking for a job change as a Senior PM. I recently heard that Uber doesn’t just offer a hefty fixed and variable pay, but they also sweeten the deal with over 50 Lakhs in RSUs—paid out monthly, no less! Quite the steal compared to those companies that trickle out RSUs yearly or quarterly. I'm putting together a list of companies that offer similar golden packages. If you know of any, please drop their names in the comments. Oh, and let's not forget the fine print: work-life balance and company culture will be major deciding factors—because who needs all that money if you’re too exhausted to spend it?

Do we have a list of MNCs which offer stock options? I know only a few- Microsoft, Google, Juniper Networks, VMware; which other MNCs (not startups), have stock options as part of their total compensation?

What do you think are good companies with good WLB and good Salaries (compared to FAANG)

What is the biggest expense, how much do you save and how much do you invest

Hey guys, i'm planning to switch my company after 8 months in the company and there is a notice of 2 months so that would be 10 months in the company. I feel out of place here, though I have delivered so far (6 months) because i'm picking tasks which I know, I don't know how long it will last. I'm stuck in a client project and i'm scared that if I get something I don't know and I don't deliver, I'll be yelled at.
