List of Organisations offering RSUs and good Comp
Heyy All, I have been applying to Jobs, and I want to prefer those organisations, which offer RSUs in addition to the Fixed Pay and good enough work culture. Obviously I know a few top ones, but I was looking forward to know some lesser known ones too.
Basic requirement- it must be a MNC organisation, considerably big in size and old in existence (for ex, not any startups or small organisation, which came into prominence in just last 4-5 yrs).
Let me cite a few well known ones, and then you can comment with other ones:-
1. Google
2. Microsoft
3. Salesforce
4. Amazon
5. Intuit
6. Uber
7. Oracle (very few selected Depts like OCI)
8. Warners and Bros (may not be for all designations)

Adobe and Atlassian
Although like most companies their recent wlb has gone to shit apparently.
Cisco, Juniper. Good culture. And stocks.
Yeah, even Amazon is well known to have toxic and harsh work culture.

Stripe. But they're unlisted so that's a downside
same question? What do one do with RSUs of unlisted companies? How do you encash it? Is it easy or very complex? For listed companies, I believe one can just sell in stock market, after specific years, so that is easy process. How about unlisted ones? And about those, which aspect determines the value of those stocks?

Broadcom RSUs per year ~4 times CTC. One of the highest in industry. Very few people know about Broadcom.
Yes yes, had heard about Broadcom’s good pay, forgot to add. Unfortunately, they are not shortlisting for Interviews, I had tried to get referrals too. :(
How's work at Broadcom? I see in levels.fyi as it's one of the firms with top pay in India (total comp)

How good is the pay there? And I don’t see any openings on LinkedIn Job tab :/
Pay is really good. I got a 120% hike. You can check out the website for openings instead of LinkedIn

Tenable.
Good compensation with RSUs but job security is questionable
Had never heard its name. Do they have office in India, or is it all remote?

Yeah risk/reward is asymmetric, meaning it’s easier for your stock to 10x as compared to a big, listed company but also easier to go to zero if the company blows up. So it boils down to your judgement of the company. In many ways, it like making an investment.

Nobody talking about Nvidia here is criminal
It was commented by someone up. Though NVidia’s jobs openings seem to be of specific tech stack, not relevant to all, highly specialised kind. May be that’s why not many talk about it
