What would be the end-usage of this plot for you? If it’s purely investment, I doubt if you can beat other investing instruments (with loan cost added) in this heated up markets. Certain pockets of real estate started seeing a correction. Good luck!

Hello all, I want to buy a plot in one tier 2 City where I wants to live after retirement. 
Right now I am working remotely and living here in this city only but in future can't guarantee the workplace as I have to move to some other place also in 2-3 years time. 
My most of the savings are going in mutual funds investments. I can afford home loan EMI also. 
Should I go ahead and buy the plot and make small house on that and rent it out/ give on Airbnb.
But our software Engineer's job is very unpredictable. Should I take this step?

I am a 22 year old Male working in Mumbai. I have just over an year’s ago experience of working in a consulting firm. My base is 26-30LPA. For those whose have invested in properties (residential), and those who chose not to - is it ideal for me to take a loan to buy a house for my parents. It’s price is ~1Cr and I’d be taking a loan for 5 years. I am wondering if a liability would hamper my growth (personally or professionally), or would this be a worthwhile investment. Context - Buying as an investment, don't plan to live there. I plan to live on rent. Current rent is 17k/month.

I'll keep it short for max input. I'm looking at some flats priced around 60-70L for a 2BHK. Rent in the area will be ~30k. If I pay 20L down and take a home loan for 40L, EMI will be approx ~65k for a period of 7 years (I want to pay it off ASAP, to pay the least amount of interest). 

I earn around 1.5L per month. Personal expenses are ~50k per month. Assuming I get 30K as rent I'll have to pay a maximum of 40K as emi. This is a very recent thought on which I've just researched for a couple of hours so apologies if I missed anything important but honestly this looks quite doable to me.

I am interested in a property in my hometown that costs around 3.5 Cr. This property can easily be rented out for atleast 1.5 LPM. I have saving of around 1 Cr, should I take a loan of rest of the amount ? 

I make around 70 LPA, 54 is fixed and rest is ESOPs.
My wife makes around 12 LPA.

What do you think ? Should I take this loan ?

Crypto - 6L
US Stocks - 26L
Mutual Funds - 10L
NPS and EPF - 22L 
Cash - 6L 

I have not factored in inheritance of about 1CR which will be passed on to us in a long time but I don't want to count that as mine I want to pass that to my son... As that will be his not mine! 

3.5 year back I had a educational loan of 17L and my Wife had Equity of 17L so basically we were at 0 at that time... 

Nothing has changed at all for me... And I do not think even 10-20CR would change me too 😉 I am still a confused stupid... And will be forever ♾️

I have resigned from my current job as I was not satisfied.. I am looking out for more opportunities outside so that I can build the house with that money! 

Even with 2 CR I don't think I have achieved anything ... I have a long way to go from here ☺️
