Loan for plot
Hi I am 25 and thinking about buying a plot worth 40 lakhs. My salary is 45k. I can manage 10 lakhs from my family and savings. Is it a good investment? My domain is RPA, is it a good field for at least the next 10 years?
What would be the end-usage of this plot for you? If it’s purely investment, I doubt if you can beat other investing instruments (with loan cost added) in this heated up markets. Certain pockets of real estate started seeing a correction. Good luck!
I am buying for residential purposes, but the real estate market is really fucked up. Tier 2-3 cities have almost the same rates as Pune.
How much does a cent cost? Which area is this? Plots are opening up in every nook and corner. So reselling it would be difficult because of the marketing by owners who are bulk selling.
