Looking for a job with a good CTC (25L+) in NCR / remote

I am a graduate from LSR in economics and mathematics. Did a PGPM and did specialised courses in digital marketing, branding. Since it was difficult for my family to manage my expenses, I thought of starting a startup which helped me pay for my pocket expenses. I was always amongst the toppers in academics and had a good hold over numbers. Hence, I went to my Dean telling about my family situation for a TA rolef for quants. I got selected and that's how I managed my expenses. When I started my corporate career, I started with marketing roles at early stage startups. Due to COVID, had to take a payment cut and shifted to startup consulting for 2 years doing marketing, strategy, partnership and project management. Given I had to take a cut, I got a Part time paid role with a World Bank and Govt of Bihar project. Finally, landed in a reputable organisation like Startup India which comes under Ministry of Commerce and Industry but realised it is for politics, unskilling and listening to inexperienced government officials with barely any payment. Given marketing also handles events, PM level and CIM level events used to come in at short notices with every other weekend and late nights going to work. Since I am not into politics and I am looking for a job raise after taking almost the same salary since 5 years (I was at 67K in 2019 and I am at a little over a lakh now), I now want a better package and a place where I can learn and upskill rather than degrading my skills. After 6.5 years of working 14 hours plus almost half my corporate life, I want a more stable role. Desperately looking to get out for my mental health and physical health too. Lets discuss here our current CTC and YoE along with Designation. More experience people will tell us if need to switch. Mine is 13.1 LPA with 6 Years and 4 months of experience.

Graduated from NMIMS in 2023- BSc Finance. Interned at some marquee IB firms and startups. Working at an NBFC in an MD's office role- Strategy Consultant since then. Having done multiple projects for the company, I now want to switch to a consulting company where I can have a more diversified set of projects. But the market being the way it is, I'm not able to find reasonably good opportunities on LinkedIn. How do I go about the whole thing then? Would be grateful for any suggestion or referrals.
