Looking for a lawyer to file a PIL

I have been managing teams for multiple organisations for quite a few years. It saddens me to see most of the organisations trying to exploit employees by paying inadequate compensation. Gender pay gap exists for real. I want to file a PIL and maybe get a law passed to ensure all employees are paid fairly. Can someone help me get in touch with a good lawyer who can help me file a PIL?

Isn’t this a tough one? Paying every one fairly is a very subjective statement while generally pay has a lot of objective elements - last drawn CTC, hike received basis performance, coming back after career break or sabbatical or layoff and hence having to start lower etc etc.

Would love to hear more about your scenario.

Glad you asked this question. It's not about equal pay. It's about fair pay. I have seen people being exploited because they are not aware of the salary bands of the employer.

Quick question: if a caretaker or a maid comes to your 3 bhk house and says I will do all your household work for Rs 500 a month, would you hire him/her? If yes, it's exploitation to me.

There has to be salary bands (read minimum wage) for each role defined and disclosed by the org. Employers have an unfair advantage on the negotiation table. They know everything about the candidate, their last drawn CTC, their employment status. But the candidate doesn't know anything about what the compensation should be for the position.
