Looking for a lil guidance

I graduated from SRCC in 2022 and devoted two years to preparing for the UPSC CSE. I am now interested in pursuing consultancy roles and would appreciate guidance on CV shortlisting, interview tips, and related aspects.

Graduated from NMIMS in 2023- BSc Finance. Interned at some marquee IB firms and startups. Working at an NBFC in an MD's office role- Strategy Consultant since then. Having done multiple projects for the company, I now want to switch to a consulting company where I can have a more diversified set of projects. But the market being the way it is, I'm not able to find reasonably good opportunities on LinkedIn. How do I go about the whole thing then? Would be grateful for any suggestion or referrals.

Hi , can folks here guide steps /suggest how to get SDE role at entry role . I regret giving 2 yrs a career for the civil services exam. I graduated with BTech in 2021 . If I had only sat for college placements at my Tier 1 college, I wouldn't have been living with regrets. I have been doing projects in the MERN stack . I also have skills like Postgresql, Trpc and am familiar with using ORMs and type validators like Zod . Since I had no previous experience at internship or full time , no companies are shortlisting my profile .

I upskilled myself for data analyst. I have been looking for job since last 1.5 year. But I am hardly getting any interview calls. Can't understand what am I doing wrong. Please help. Hi everyone, I recently completed my BBA from a tier 2 college and am eager to gain work experience. I don’t have a specialisation that I graduated with since college didn’t provide one but I like finance and at this level I believe I am a generalist. I’ve previously done internships in growing startups and want to experience working in the corporates now. I am a quick learner and can adapt to the environment quickly. I have 3 yrs of experience after my graduation, 8 months of backend experience and from past 2.4 months I am into frontend project. Now I'm planning to switch trying to start preparation. I have ready with DSA rounds , coming with system design rounds I have a confusion. Should I need to prepare for frontend or backend system design topics If I joined in another company should i start my carrer as a sde2 or sde1. If i join for SDE2 position can i catch backend to team standard.
