It's a terrible idea and unless op is too awkward to talk to humans he/she shouldn't. At this stage find a good pe/staff eng to help you, preferably from your own org.

I have been working for the past 7+ years in multiple domains and multiple technologies. My growth seems to be tapered off in the last 1.5-2 years. I'm looking for a mentor who has some good experience and can help me grow to the next level. I can pay if they need that and I respect that if they provide a good value.

I'm a Fresher just graduated from a reputed NIT in May, and I've been laid off because of "management reasons" from a reputed MNC. My role therein was of an ML Engineer.
