Looking for a referral in product based company

Hello guys, I have 2.6 years experience in the cyber security domain and am now planning to move from service based company to product based company for a better work life balance and better pay please let me know if there are any openings and any referral is possible. Currently I'm getting 27k in hand including allowance.
