Looking for a tech co-founder

Hi, I'm the founder of a startup called Chalk. It is a community based startup for students. We're building a professional networking platform for University students and focusing on facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration on academic projects as well as student startups, to help them build an efficient team and come out with better industry standard results. Currently, it is two of us building everything from the website to handling social media and even coding a POC version of the product on discord (I'm learning how to code just for this) , and both of us are from a non tech background, which is why we're looking for a tech co-founder to help us build the product and bring it to life.
